05. October 2026 - Five Days: From First Step to Sailing Between Cities
On 1 October TibiaPilot could watch the game. Today it hunts, loots, heals, opens doors, climbs ladders and takes the boat to the next city on its own. Here is what five days of building and live testing on Project Fibula looked like.
- The window that froze for up to 18 seconds now answers in 5 ms, using about 3% of one CPU core.
- Routes grew from 10 steps to 250, then to whole trips: 273 steps and a boat from a Carlin troll cave to Ab'Dendriel.
- The whole classic map is built in: 7.8 million tiles, 2,877 doors, 9,614 spawns, all in under 1 MB.
- 158 monsters are rated against your own character, and 679 hunting areas are ranked for it.
- It fights through monsters on the road and starts walking again about 0.3 seconds after each fight.
- 641 automated tests now guard every one of these.
Next up: hunt setups from the map, full hunts with depot restocking, and area runes that check for players first.
TibiaPilot is in closed testing. Public downloads are coming soon — join the launch list on the Download page to hear first.
