A modern TibiaBot NG alternative for classic Tibia
If you played Tibia in the 7.x days, you probably remember TibiaBot NG. It made runes while you slept, walked your waypoints and warned you when someone showed up on screen. NG is no longer updated, and it was never built for today's Open Tibia servers. TibiaPilot is a new bot for the same kind of classic play, on servers running Tibia 7.1 to 7.72. It is not a copy of NG and has no connection to it. It works differently: instead of following scripts and waypoints, it makes its own decisions.

The big difference: setup vs. decisions
With NG, the bot was only as good as your setup. You recorded waypoints, wrote target lists, set healing at fixed numbers and hoped nothing unexpected happened. When a spawn was taken, a monster blocked the path or supplies ran out, the bot kept doing what it was told until you came back.
TibiaPilot starts from the other end. You tell it what you want: which spawns to hunt, how much mana to keep, what to restock. It works out the rest. It reads the screen like a player, decides when to fight, heal, back off or go home, and writes down why in plain sentences. If you want to know why your character walked north, the log tells you: "Three wasps at spawn 7. Moving into the lane to the north so only one can reach me."
What NG did, and how TibiaPilot does it
| Feature | TibiaBot NG | TibiaPilot |
|---|---|---|
| Cavebot | Followed waypoints you recorded by hand, one step at a time. A new cave meant a new waypoint file. | Click the spawns you want on the world map and save them as a hunt. It finds its own way between them across floors, stairs, boats, doors and keys, and patrols each spawn as it comes due. |
| Targeting | Attacked monsters from a target list you wrote, in the order you set. | Judges each fight as it happens: threat, health, mana and time per kill. It moves into lanes so monsters reach you one at a time. Monster difficulty starts from the server's data and is then replaced by what it measures in real fights. |
| Healer | Healed when health or mana dropped below numbers you chose. | Healing comes first in every fight, with a reaction time of about 0.3 seconds. It can heal and keep attacking in the same moment. |
| Runemaker | Cast a rune spell on a timer while your character stood still. | Makes runes until your blanks run out, then takes the finished runes to the depot, buys a fresh backpack of blanks and goes back to work. You choose how much mana to keep for emergencies and whether to use one hand or both. In a one-hour unattended test it made 9 heavy magic missiles with no disconnects. |
| Food and fishing | Ate food on a timer and could fish automatically. | Eats at random moments, not on a fixed timer. Out of food, it fishes the nearest water, stacks the fish in one place so nothing lands on the floor, and gets back to work. It also fishes while waiting for mana. |
| Looting and depot runs | Looted to your backpacks. Depot and restock trips needed extra scripts. | When supplies run low it walks to the nearest depot, deposits loot and spare gold, keeps your tools, runes, fluids and food, buys only what is missing within your gold and capacity, and returns to the same hunt. |
| Alarms | Sounded alarms for players on screen, gamemasters, private messages and low health. | Shows what is said to your character and lets you answer from the app at a natural typing pace. Staff awareness (in testing) notices a gamemaster nearby, a sudden teleport, or a player who keeps following you. |
| Scripts | Advanced use meant writing or downloading scripts. | No scripts. Settings are saved per character and per hunting ground. |
| Knowing what the bot is doing | You found out what happened when you came back to the screen. | Every fight, heal, loot and trip is logged with the reason behind it. Filter the log by fights, healing, loot, supplies, travel or warnings, with exp per hour and supplies left shown alongside. |
| Taking over | You paused the bot by hand and started it again. | Take the controls any time. It watches, waits 3 minutes after your last move, then carries on, or waits for you to press Resume. |
| Choosing where to hunt | You picked the place and built the waypoints. | Ranks every hunting ground for your own character, scoring experience, safety, one monster at a time, distance to a depot and gold, and suggests the best one it can reach safely. |
Moves like a player
Old bots were easy to spot: perfect timing, the same path every lap, eating to the second. TibiaPilot avoids fixed patterns. Diagonal steps work the same way they do in the client. Eating and rune casting happen at random moments. Your game password never leaves your PC. You can log in yourself, or save a login that stays encrypted on your own computer.
What TibiaPilot does not do (yet)
We'd rather tell you now than have you find out later.
- No PvP or combo attacks. TibiaPilot is built for hunting, rune making and everyday play, not war.
- It is new. NG had years of players behind it. TibiaPilot is in closed testing, and we post every change in the changelog.
Supported versions
TibiaPilot is built for Open Tibia servers using Tibia 7.1 to 7.72, on Windows. Testing so far has been on Project Fibula (7.1). We add servers to the tested list as we confirm them. Always follow your server's rules.
Questions from NG players
Is TibiaPilot a new version of TibiaBot NG?
No. TibiaPilot is a separate bot built from scratch. It is not connected to TibiaBot NG or its authors.
Can I use my old NG scripts or waypoints?
No. TibiaPilot doesn't use scripts or waypoint files. You choose spawns on the map, and it plans the route itself.
Does it work on 7.4 and 7.72 servers?
TibiaPilot is built for Open Tibia servers using Tibia 7.1 to 7.72, on Windows. Testing so far has been on Project Fibula (7.1). We add servers to the tested list as we confirm them. Always follow your server's rules.
Can it make runes overnight like NG did?
Yes. It makes runes until the blanks run out, restocks blanks from the shop and carries on, keeping a mana reserve you choose.
When can I download it?
TibiaPilot is in closed testing. Join the launch list on the Download page and we'll tell you first.
